Asked by Joe Pergola. No value could be found for AllowHotKey that satisfies all lockdown requirements. The Lockdown Requirements in force may be conflicting. There should be NO value not zero. That worked for me. Cheers, Greg. What if you don't see a AllowHotKeys? All I get is a list of HotKey10Char and so on. Nothing else.
This is a new machine running windows 7 32bit. Just downloaded the Citrix Reciver and when I try and click on an app from the Citrix portal thats when I get the error message.
I have added the portal page to the Trusted sites but that didn't seem to help either. Matt, Did you find a resolution to this issue?
We are having a user with the same issue. Thanks, Jeff. The solution is to search in the registry for the entry 'AllowHotKey' and remove it. Search and remove those entries as well.
After that, the Receiver will start and work without errors. The 'ClientHostedAppsShortcut' is also deleted from the registry, then the Citrix receiver works fine. You will be able to leave a comment after signing in. Welcome to the Citrix Discussions.
