Error: "Your account cannot be added using this server address" When Adding a Store on Receiver

  1. Modify the store address the user input in the Receiver to be same with StoreFront Base URL. 2. Utilize the https address instead of http address. Go to Citrix Gateway > Session > Policies > Select the session policy configured for CITRIX RECEIVER) > Click Edit > Select Advanced policy > Replace (ns_true).  




  Solution. Uninstall Receiver using original account through "control panel". Delete the user profile of User1 on the problem machine to fix the issue. Solution · Confirm address being entered is correct. Example: · Test with email address if email discovery is enabled · Confirm Storefront.
